I was traveling approx 2000 miles with a tow dolly, Austin tx to high point nc. I went in to the U-Haul facility two days prior to departure and picked the dolly I wanted. It was subsequently rented out under me. I had a choice of an older one, but the tires were worn more. Ended up taking it and broke down in Birmingham al for three hours with a seperated tire. Hate to ramble but just disappointed.
Drop off in RDU, great! Both times I used them, they have been great. I would recommend highly.
